We stay up to date with leading restoration techniques through IICRC Certifications in both fire and water restoration. To standardize communication with insurance carriers, all estimates are written with Xactimate Software by Texas All-Lines Adjusters having over 15 years of experience adjusting fires, floods, earthquakes, freezing and other perils.
Mold Remediation
To conduct mold remediation for the public, we are licensed as required by the state of Texas. Each job is registered with the state so you can be assured your mold remediation passes clearance before any rebuilding takes place. We convert your mold assessment report to estimate format using Xactimate so all details are itemized.

We have been able to service our territory with quality work and now, employment of additional workers. There are more than 22 years of experience leading Lone Star Summit Construction L.L.C. in areas which include remodeling, insurance repairs, new construction, emergency water & fire restoration and mold remediation.
For the insurance industry, we also provide appraisal services, adjusting and consulting on complex losses for those claims which may involve unscrupulous contractors. We have evaluated estimates and work sites to expose padding, in some cases well over $100,000.
